codmi is an R algorithm which allows for the inclusion of oncological COVID-19 deaths in traditional survival analysis.
The basic code is freely available online. Alef, with its innovation project, wants to build an easy to use, self-contained code library based on the algorithm, in order to make it available to a broader audience of medical researchers and data scientist.
The end product will be an open source R package, and the whole developent will be tracked on GitHub.
